The current plan is free and includes the limits described in the guide. You must be authorized to access the connected store. Use the app lawfully and do not attempt to access another merchant’s data or disrupt the service. Any future paid offering will require a separate Shopify approval before billing.
Calculations depend on your entered costs and assumptions. Promo Proof does not provide accounting, tax or financial advice, forecast customer demand, validate all discount eligibility, or guarantee profitability. Review the documented exclusions and test your actual checkout before launching a promotion.
We maintain the service but do not promise uninterrupted operation or error-free output. Keep copies of important campaign exports. Data handling, retention and deletion are described in the privacy policy. You can stop using the app and uninstall it through Shopify.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
